Little is know of Mornian's past. He was born on the outer
rim and traveled core world around the age of sixteen. He came
from a small clan that survived the Jedi and Sith wars over milliner
before. He was trained in the fundamentals of the Teräs Käsi,
it is unclear as to why he was forced to leave his clan.
Mornian would seek out many trainer's and became proficient as a
swordsman and in the use of heavy weapon's. Each and every
time he found a trainer he would be sent away shortly before his
training was complete. Mornian shy's away from armor and gun's, and
prefers to maintain the tradition's of his Teräs Käsi clan and
prefers to fight unarmored and to use vibro knuckler's and short
swords.By the age of 20 he developed his own fighting style
and was a well disciplined warrior. Rather then get involved
in the war against the Empire he opened up starship shop and a
training center with his wife Hera.
After a few year's the shop became very profitable. Mornian
and Hera were able to buy out competing shop's all around them on
Talus. All was going well till the son of an Imperial general open a
competing business on the other side of the city of Dohrian.
When the son's shop went under due to Mornian and Hera's business,
the general created documents labeling Mornian and Hera as traitor's
and suppliers to the rebellion.
The storm troopers came for them at dusk. Mornian sensed their
attack only moments before. He was into the entire squad in
the darkness, before they had a chance to react. Over 20
troop's were dead before Mornian was brought down by a random
blaster bolt fired into the carnage. The Commander upset over
the death of his troops went to execute Mornian, the only thing that
saved his life was Hera throwing herself over his wounded body.
The commander unwilling to kill her arrested them both, but refused
Mornian medic treatment. Hera was able to control the
bleeding, and keep Mornian from dieing. Soon they found
themselves loaded aboard a imperial corvette prison ship bound for a
hard labor camp on Tatooine... |
